Effective use of e-Tools exhorted

Visakhapatnam: P Raychaudhury, CMD, RINL, chaired the meeting of Town Official Language Implementation Committee -TOLIC (Public Undertakings) here on Wednesday. Representatives from 35 public undertakings participated in the meeting. The performance related to the implementation of official language of each member office was reviewed.

Raychaudhury presented the  ‘Rajbhasha Gourav Samman’  award to  RINL, LIC Divisional Office, HPCL – Visakha Refinery in category-1. The HPCL – Visakha Regional Office, FCI District Office, NMDC Regional Office in category-2 were given first, second and third prizes respectively.   On the occasion, Raychaudhury exhorted the members to ensure effective usage of e-Tools in the offices for effective implementation of official language.

KC Das,    Director (Personnel), RINL and Vice-Chairman, TOLIC (Undertaking), received the award on behalf of RINL. Hindi officers and coordinators were also awarded with ‘Nagar Rajbhasha Samman’ on the occasion. The first issue of TOLIC (Undertaking) magazine ‘Visakha Dhara’ was released by  Raychaudhury on the occasion.

Tek Chand, Deputy Director (Implementation) TOLIC (Undertakings) Raju Isaac, GM (HR), RINL, and heads of undertakings were present. Lalan Kumar, member secretary and  DGM (Rajbhasha), coordinated the meeting and highlighted the activities and achievements.
