Make Swachh Survekshan a success: Gudivada RDO

Gudivada: Revenue divisional officer Guttula Venkata Satyavani told the officials to conduct Swachh Survekshan 2018 programme in every village successfully.

Addressing a meeting organised at Serivelpuru village in Gudivada rural as part of Swachh Survekshan programme, RDO Satyavani instructed the panchayat officials to make sure water was not stagnated in the village. “Awareness should be created among the people to use toilets hundred per cent in the village,” she said.

She said that saplings should be planted on the school premises, vacant lands, and on both the sides of the roads and precautions should be taken to nurture them.

Earlier, Satyavani, along with other officials, planted saplings at various places in the village. Guidavada tahsildar Papamma, MDO Jyothi and other officials were present.
