Elect selfless to streamline politics: Pawan Kalyan
Akiveedu: Jana Sena Party president and cine hero Pawan Kalyan, has called upon people to support non-greedy service-oriented leaders to bring revolutionary change in politics.
He convened separate meetings with the party activists from Bhimavaram, Undi and Unguturu Assembly constituencies and students at a private function hall near Bhimavaram on Thursday.
Speaking on the occasion, society needs politicians who never expect from political posts. If people failed to elect selfless leaders in politics they would pay the price under the rule of goons and factionists, he warned.
The ‘Power Star’ opined that politicians would never born, but they would be created if they have qualities of courage and patience.
Stating that Mahatma Gandhi had believed that the nation will attain real independence if women move freely during night, the JSP chief lamented that the present day rulers cannot provide safety to women even during the day, leave alone the night. He announced that main agenda of JSP was safety of women.
He urged people to cast their vote in 2019 elections, which will be key to change the system. He advised voters to fight for their vote if their name was deleted from the list.
