10 students fall ill after consuming stale food

 Kurnool: Ten girl students of a social welfare (SC) hostel at Dhone took ill after consuming contaminated food on Saturday night. According to sources, after consuming the food, five students reportedly complained of vomiting and loose motions. 

On receipt of information, the hostel warden immediately rushed them to a private hospital in Dhone and their condition was said to be stable. Later, some more students were also admitted the hospital with similar symptoms and they were discharged after first aid. The students were pursuing Class VIII, IX and X respectively.
