Amaravathi Mini Maker Faire inaugurated by Minister Kollu Ravindra

Vijayawada: Minister for Sports Kollu Ravindra inaugurated Amaravathi Mini Maker Faire (AMMF) through drone at PB Siddhartha Hotel management and Catering Technology College here on Sunday.

The fair was supported by Andhra Pradesh Innovative Society, iB Hubs and other organisations.

Speaking on the occasion, the minister said that the upcoming capital city of Amaravati was encouraging young entrepreneur to establish their companies in the state.

He said that this faire was a platform to bring talented people of all age groups under one roof. Participants from five years to seventy years took part in the AMMF and displayed their products. 

The minister said that Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation was formed by the government to make the state technically advanced on par with the latest technologies available globally and to be on top position in all aspects.

He said the present youth were talented and with the support of skills, they would create miracles, said the minister.

He said that the youth were jobless due to lack of skill.

Mayor Koneru Sridhar, ZP Chairperson Gadde Anuradha, MLA Gadde Rammohana Rao, AP Innovative Society CEO Prof V Valli Kumari and others were present.
