Chandrababu Naidu to interact with students on global competitiveness on August 4

Tirupati: Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu will interact with 10,000 students on ‘Global Competitiveness’ at a meeting which will be held at Tarakarama Stadium in Tirupati on August 4. He will also inaugurate Daminedu Housing Colony during his visit to the temple city. 

Students from 8th class to PG will participate in the interaction programme. Cricket and volleyball competitions will be held to the students and winners will receive the prizes from Chief Minister. A panel discussion will also be held between 11 am and 1 pm.

Stalls will be set up at the stadium on new ideas and achievements in technological development and skill development and the best stalls will get prizes from the Chief Minister. Cultural programmes will also be organised, Chittoor District Collector P S Pradyumna said. 

Stalls will be also be organised by SC, ST, BC and Minority corporations to bring awareness on various schemes being implemented by them. Joint Collector-II V Chandramouli and State Council of Higher Education Secretary Varadarajan conducted a review meeting on Sunday at SV University Vice-Chancellor’s chamber to discuss the arrangements to be made for the Chief Minister’s visit.

SVU Rector Prof G Janakiramaiah, Registrar Prof RK Anuradha, SVIMS In-charge VC Prof M Hanumantha Rao, Dean Prof Sreenivasa Rao, DEO Dr K Panduranga Swamy, SV Veterinary University Rector Dr TS Chandrasekhar Rao, SV Vedic University Registrar P Viswanath and others took part.
