Private agencies to conduct land surveys in Visakhapatnam

Visakhapatnam: With the shortage of the surveyors and a huge demand for survey of lands in the district, the administration has decided to entrust the land survey work to the private agencies and consultants.

The district administration has invited Express of Interest (EoI)s for empanelment for various land related survey works in the district with a condition of that the agencies and consultants must possess working experience in revenue survey.

The empaneled survey agencies and consultants have to take up the boundary fixation as per the Field Measurement Book (FMB) and detailed enjoyment survey and subdivision work. The agencies have to work urban area survey work and survey for rail and road corridor.

The administration asked the agencies to submit their rate per acre for boundary fixation and enjoyment survey and subdivision work. They have to file their quotation for urban area survey work per square yard and road and rail corridor work price per km.

The administration informed that the agencies must provide the final output in soft copies and hard copies of FMD in Auto Cad/ColabLand and Bhumiti comparing with Google sketches.
