Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu reiterates housing for all homeless poor

Tirupati: Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu reiterated that his governmentwas committed toconstruct houses for all homeless poor in the state. Speaking after inaugurating the newly built housing colony by the Municipal Corporation of Tirupati under the IHSDP consisting of 1,464 houses at Daminedu on Saturday, Naidu said that his government took up a massive plan of constructing 25 lakh housesin five years to fulfil the dream of poor to have their ownshelter. 

In Chittoor district alone construction of 25,000 houses were taken up, Naidu said and added that special care was taken to follow good standards in theconstruction of houses. Naidu said the Tirupati corporation would provide livelihood options to the residents of IHSDP colony. After that the residents can work from home instead of going to Tirupati.

He instructed the Chittoor jointcollectorto look into the land issues for amicablesettlement and claimed that his government had succeeded in extending goodgovernance to people by introducing mobile app forgetting various services from their homes. Ministers, MLAs and officials from the district were present.After completing his five-hour hectic visit to the pilgrim city, Naidu returned to Amaravati in a flight.
