1.5 cr worth ganja seized

Vijayawada: A team of Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) sleuths seized ganja worth Rs 1.5 crore here on Sunday. They seized the ganja from a lorry at Ibrahimpatnam in Krishna district.
According to officials, the 845 kg ganja was being transported from Narsipatnam in Vishakapatnam district to Maharashtra. The vehicle was also seized by the DRI team. The investigation is on.
