Union Minister for Human Resources Development Prakash Javdekar inaugurated Anantapur Central University.
However, Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu and many state ministers skipped the program.
Uravakonda MLA Vishweshara Reddy requested the union minister to fulfill the promises made to Andhra Pradesh under AP Reorganization act.
