Proselytisation bid Inquiry ordered into Nuzvid IIIT 

Vijayawada: An inquiry was ordered against the staff of Nuzvid IIIT here on Monday for their involvement in proselytisation among students. Already five members of security staff were suspended and inquiry is going on against the involvement of some students and staff.

According to officials, the five members along with some others were conducting the proselytisation in the college by forming groups. The students and staff complained against them over communal preachings.

One senior official, on condition of anonymity, said that the inquiry report would be submitted in a few days. Speaking to The Hans India, he said that whether the involvement of outsiders was there or not would be revealed in the report. The action would be taken based on the report submitted by the committe of experts, the official said.
