Andhra Pradesh Bonds oversubscribed

Amaravati: For the first time in the history of the country, bonds for construction of capital city were floated by Andhra Pradesh Government and within one hour they were oversubscribed by one and half times.
The government had floated bonds to the tune of Rs 1300 crore. These bonds were institutional bonds and within one hour of online trading in Mumbai stock exchange, the bonds were oversubscribed and the government got about Rs 2000 crore. However, only by evening, it would be known as to who were the subscribers according to CRDA officials.
