Many land disputes are pending in the RDO and Joint Collector courts.  In Garladinne mandal Tahsildar office,  land records have been changed  without issuing  notices.  On 1st August 2014, an educated farmer  K Jabez David  has purchased  2.62 acres from Kotanka  farmer.  But Garladinne Tahsildar transferred  the scheduled property  from 216 Pass book khatha to unknown person.

David  made complaint to  District Collector and  the endorsement was issued   by  DRO to RDO and Tahsildar, Garladinne on 24th July. The farmer complained that  no action has  been taken. Farmer David has been urging the District Revenue officers to  address his problem.
