Collector V Vinay Chand flags off vehicle in ongole with rice for Kerala

Ongole: District collector V Vinay Chand on Tuesday called upon everyone to come forward in helping flood victims of Kerala. 

He was speaking while flagged off a vehicle carrying 20 metric tonnes of rice provided jointly by Prakasam District Rice Millers Association and District Industries Federation, to Kerala.
