Give priority to extracurricular activities, students told by Intermediate Board Commissioner B Udayalakshmi

Vijayawada: Students should participate in all extracurricular activities apart from academics and should develop as all-rounders, said Intermediate Board Commissioner B Udayalakshmi.

She was the chief guest of the Freshers Day programme organised by Sarada Educational Institute at Stella Indore Stadium here on Tuesday. 

Students participated in cultural, dance and singing competitions on the freshers day with delight.

Speaking on the occasion, she said that there were many changes in the education system and the students should transform themselves accordingly.

The institution chairperson, Yarlagadda Saradadevi said that the freshers day was organised to have a friendly relation among the students irrespective of social status.

The institution president, Y Ramesh Babu, faculty, students and others were present.
