Vijayawada: Municipal administration minister P Narayana said the state government gave 10 per cent of mobilisation advance for capital construction works as per the guidelines framed by the government.

Speaking to media here on Friday, he said the government was following all the rules and regulations mentioned in the construction works of Amaravati capital and tenders process.

He said the Opposition parties were levelling baseless allegations against the government to get mileage. Narayana said the TDP is aimed at winning 25 Parliamentary seats to pave way for it to decide the future Prime Minister.

Stating that the state could be developed only under the leadership of Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, he took serious note on the comments of YSRCP president YS Jaganmohan Reddy and Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan.

Stating that the capital city construction would be completed as per the deadline, he said the road works and construction of staff quarters would be completed by December. The next phase of work including administrative capital works would begin from the next month, he added.
