Krishna University holds aquatic championship in Vijayawada

​Vijayawada: The students of PB Siddhartha Arts and Science College has bagged the overall championship at the  Krishna University inter collegiate aquatic championship held at Sir Vizzy aquatic centre here on Monday.

This tournament was organised by the Sapathagiri Degree College and was inaugurated by Sapathagiri Educational Society president Gajula Venkateswara Rao, Secretary and Correspondent Ch Manmadha Rao, Krishna University sports board secretary Dr N Srininvasa Rao, organising president and College principal Dr PVD Sree Devi and organising secretary and physical director R Raghu Ram were present at the occasion. The winners were given prizes.

The results of Men 50 meters free style: B Ravendra Sainadh (PBS) first, K Yuva Raj (PBS) second and P Arun Reddy (KBN) third. 100 meters free style: K Yuva Raj (PBS) first, B Ravendra Sainadh (PBS) second and JS Sarthchandra Phani (PBS) third.50 meters, Butter fly: P Arun reddy ( KBN) first, K Yuva Raj (PBS) second and JS Sarthchandra Phani (PBS) third. 50 metrs Breast stroke: V Rajesh (SRRCVR) first, P Arun Reddy (KBN) seconed and A Naveen (KBN) third.

In  women category 50 meters free style: L Meghana (PBS) firt, S Keerthana (PBS) second and G Srinvanilla (ALC) third. In100 meters free style: L Meghana (PBS) first, S Keerthan (PBS) second and Sk. Salama (KVSR Siddhartha Pharmacy) third.
