In fact, this is a temporary High Court building and it will be utilised as City Court building after completing the actual High Court Building in the capital city Amaravati. Governor will soon give a notification to establish separate High Courts for two states.

The Chief Minister directed the AP Capital Region Development Authorities to provide all the necessary provisions in the building as suggested by the HC Judges. It is expected that the AP new High Court  will be established in the capital city formally in January.

The ongoing HC buildings complex is located near Nelapadu and Rayapudi villages in Thullur Mandal in Guntur district. A senior rank official of L and T company at the project site, on the condition of anonymity, explained that there will be six blocks with two storied each.

All the works are under progress and will be completed simultaneously. He further said that they have been using the precast technology and the works are progressing in brisk pace. He said that under this technique, they make each part of the building separately and then attach them to finish the building with the help of big cranes. He said that construction of the buildings will be completed by December, but the interior works may take some time.
