Chandrababu Naidu to launch digital door numbers in Tirupati
Chittoor: Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu would launch digital door number system in Tirupati on Friday instead of Thursday, according to District Collector P S Pradyumna. He stated the Chief Minister’s visit to Tirupati and Chittoor was postponed and scheduled for Friday.
Chandrababu would also inaugurate Apollo Knowledge City in Chittoor on Friday. Speaking to media here on Wednesday, the Collector said identification of houses would become easy with digital door numbers.
“Till now, digital numbers were allocated to 60 per cent houses in pilgrim city,” he mentioned. He further said the Chief Minister would also lay foundation stone for the 300-bed Sri Venkateswara Institute of Cancer Care and Advanced Research in Tirupati. The Institute is a joint venture of TTD and Tata Trust.
