TTD to revamp its admin office
Tirupati: TTD had decided to shift all other establishments located in its administrative office building so as to keep the entire multi-storey building for its administrative purpose only, said TTD Joint Executive Officer (JEO) Pola Bhaskar.
Speaking after declaring open the new building into which Andhra Bank branch located in the TTD Administrative Building was shifted here on Wednesday, Bhaskar said the TTD had already shifted its ‘Coin Parakamani’ (Counting centre of the coins received in Tirumala temple hundi) into the new building constructed outside the main office building while Andhra Bank also shifted today.
The remaining two including SBI branch and TTD Treasury would also be moved soon out of TTD administrative office into the new building outside the office. This would be convenient to both the TTD and the other establishments for their smooth functioning.
Andhra Bank is one of the leading banks which have been helping the TTD extend various services through it and also the employees working in the administrative office here, he said. Andhra Bank Executive Director Ajit Kumar Rath said TTD Administrative Building branch with more than 5,000 accounts is having an annual business of Rs 3,715 crore including deposits Rs 3,668 crore and loans Rs 47 crore.
The 45-year-old branch having all the technology-based services like ATM, cash deposit machine, locker and RTGS to the customers while shifting the office to the new spacious building enable the bank to cope with the increasing business and to ensure the branch most customer-friendly.
Andhra Bank General Manager Varanasi Venkat Krishnamurthy, Zonal Manager V Muralikrishna Rao, Branch Manager VSD Prasad and other officials were present.
