Katha Minar Book released by Retired High Court Judge Justice Naushad Ali

Vijayawada: Retired High Court Judge Justice Naushad Ali released a book ‘Katha Minar’ compilation of short stories in Telugu penned by two writers Vempalle Sharif and Mohammed Khadeer Babu at the Cultural Centre of Vijayawada and Amaravati on Saturday. 

Speaking on the occasion, he said short stories depicted the real life of Muslims in society and wished that more Muslims should become writers and poets. 

Noted writer Khader Mohiddin presided over the function. SSA project director G Srinivas explained about the book and congratulated the writers. 

Writers Penugonda Lakshminarayana, Rama Sundari and others spoke on the occasion. Later, the speakers were felicitated on the occasion.
