Woman killed in mishap in Bondapalli Mandal

Vizianagarm: A woman was killed in a road accident in Bondapalli mandal in the district on Saturday. 

G Mangamma and her husband Nageswara Rao of Venkatapuram of Bondapalli mandal were returning to their home from Gajapathinagaram after attending a function on a bike when a speeding lorry coming from Vizianagaram hit their motor cycle at Rudrapalem village. 

Mangamma was seriously injured and died while Nageswara Rao was admitted to a hospital. 

On receiving information, police reached the spot and registered a case against the driver.
