Students of Vivekananda School take part in Krishnashtami celebration in Tanuku

Tanuku: Little students of Vivekananda School here stole the show with their special attires as a part of the Krishnashtami celebrations held on the school premises. While a section of students wear dressed to appear as Gopikas, some boys dressed as Lord Krishna. Special puja was organised on the school premises to mark the festival. Attired as Gopikas, the little girls performed puja.

The boys also excelled in playing the role of Sri Krishna with flute in their hands. The school founder and correspondent, Ch Subba Rao mingled with kids and helped them participate in breaking of Utti. The school secretary, Sai encouraged little Gopikas to perform puja. With the participation of teachers and students, the event was conducted colourfully.
