This TDP MLA Is Facing Tough Time

Former Minister and TDP leader from West Godavari district  Pitala Sujata is facing tough time as many aspirants are vying for party ticket from Telugu Desam from Chintalapudi Assembly Constituency.  

Due to internal squabbles,  Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu removed Sujata from his cabinet under the pressure from government whip Chintamaneni Prabhakar and Eluru MP Maganti Babu. 

Sujata has been sidelined in TDP ever since she was eliminated from the cabinet. Leaders said the chances of getting party ticket is remote in the next elections as former Zilla Parishad Chairman Jayaraj and Tadepallygudem RDO Vijayaraju emerged as strong aspirants to fight elections on TDP ticket.  

The hot topic in the TDP circles is Sujata is unlikely to contest election as the party high command is scouting for alternative.
