BJP legislators come to Assembly with umbrellas

With an obvious intention to embarrass the TDP govt, the BJP MLAs, MLCs attend Assembly with rain coats and umbrellas stating that a small rain is enough to make the roofs of Assembly to leak. 

They say they want to protect themselves from leaking roofs of Assembly
