Govt hospitals alerted over viral fevers in Rajamahendravaram

Rajamahendravaram: District Health Services coordinator and government hospital superintendent Dr T Ramesh Kishore has said that viral fevers are under control in the district and all the government hospitals are alerted in this regard.

According to Ramesh Kishore, fogging and spraying was under progress in all rural and urban areas to combat mosquito problem, which were the main reason for viral fevers. 

Awareness programmes were also being organised for the people to bring awareness on viral fevers.

In Rajamahendravaram, Commissioner Sumit Kumar and additional district medical and health officer Dr Komali were supervising fogging and spraying works etc. 

Necessary arrangements were made in government hospitals to diagnose dengue.

Doctors in government hospital were available at any time and asked the people not to worry about viral fevers.
