Best Teacher award for Dr Ravi Aruna in Vijayawada

Vijayawada: Dr Ravi Aruna, teacher of ZP High School, Kanuru was honoured with Best Teacher Award in Krishna district for the year 2018 for her tireless 21 years service in the field of education on Teachers Day. 

District Collector B Lakshmikantham, ZP Chairperson Gadde Anuradha, District Educational Officer and others were present at the award function.

Dr Aruna worked as writer for Environmental Science Textbook for classes VI, VII, and VIII.  

She worked as writer for Physics Textbook for three years to streamline ‘Minimum Study Material’. 

She also contributed as a writer for Vignana Sastra Deepika for teachers.

She also worked as National and State-level resource person and taught the students easy methodologies to understand things. 

She was secretary for Teachers Simple Complex for eight years and contributed in digitisation of Textbooks and was presently teaching the students on virtual classrooms.

She further actively participates in moulding the students towards research to transform them with good results. 

She participated in Inspire state Exhibition in 2009, 2013 and 2014, science exhibition at district level and supported the students to come out with creative things.
