Locals cheer as Dr Mahesh gets silver in skating

Akiveedu: Dr Kalidindi Mahesh Verma of Siddapuram village in Akiveedu mandal bagged silver medal in Roller Figure Skating competitions held in South Korea recently.
He has been discharging services as pediatrician at Akiveedu mandal health centre.
Dr Mahesh participated in 18th Asian skating championship on September 5. Sportspersons from China, Japan, Taiwan, India and other countries took part in the contest.
Villagers of Siddapuram, elite in Akiveedu, PHC staff and others cheered as Dr Mahesh brought name and fame to his native place.
In all, seven countries took part in the competition.
