Future belongs to Pawan, Left parties: CPM State Secretary P Madhu

Update: 2018-09-10 05:30 IST

Tadepalligudem: CPM State Secretary P Madhu has predicted ‘Power Star’ and Jana Sena Party chief Pawan Kalyan along with Left parties will emerge victorious in next elections.

The bus yatra of the Left parties to campaign on third political alternative in the state reached here on Sunday.

Speaking on the occasion, Madhu said that the people of the state who voted TDP in all 15 Assembly constituencies would never support the party this time.

They suffered a lot during the last four years under TDP rule. They would defeat TDP, he said.

Charging YSRCP president YS Jagan with colluding with BJP, the CPM senior leader said that Jagan was trying to cheat people without criticising the BJP which failed to implement promises made during state bifurcation.

In Tadepalligudem, MLA Manikyala Rao, former MLA K Satyanarayana, TDP leaders M Bapiraju and E Nani had been engaged in political drama to cheat people, Madhu alleged.

He criticised that the four leaders were involved in corrupt practices with the support of police. With Pawan backing us, the Left parties would show their strength. “We are going to create a history in state politics,” he exuded confidence.

CPI leader Obulesu, CPM state executive member M Sitaram, CPI Mahila Samakhya leader P Durga Bhavani and others were present.
