3 short films screened in Vijayawada
Vijayawada: Short film trend is on rise these days and also become a passion, especially in youth to show their creativity.
With the influence of many film personalities like LB Sriram and Tanikella Bharani, hundreds of short films are being made with a minimum cost.
To promote their films, three short films namely “Mithila”, “Hug” and “Endukila?” were screed for the connoisseurs at Makineni Basavapunnaiah Vignana Kendram here on Sunday evening.
Though all the three films are based on the psychology of ladies, the themes are different.
Mithila tells the moral not to indulge in any bad habits during the tender age which will spoil the life. Mohan Singer created this film.
The director of Hug, Pream Kadiyam showed the meaning of Hug with a different idea.
The treatment of the film was good. Vineetha, Peddiraju, Venkatesh, Sai Naidu, Bejawada Kasi, Girish and R Anantha Krishna are in the cast and they justified to their characters.
The last tele film screened was ‘Endukila’, which depicts the anguish of a mother towards another child and later confessing herself.
PNM Kavi directed this film and produced by Jassi S Burn Boss.
Though it is little bit lengthy film with the gripping story, audience didn’t feel that.
Kota Sankara Rao, Swapna, Dr Prasad, VTPS Prasad, Poornima, Poorna Satyam, Gopaiah, Kusuma, Neeraja, K V Ramana and Girish performed well.
