Yanadi Samakhya demands action against Principal of tribal school 

Nellore: Leaders of AP Yanadi Samakhya lodged a complaint with district police seeking action against the Principal of Tribal Welfare Boys Residential School located at Dargamitta area in the city for mercilessly beating the students. The incidents were digitally recorded by some staff members in the school and they came to light when A P Yanadi Samakhya lodged a complaint with the police.

The accused Venkataramana has been working as Principal of the AP Tribal Welfare Residential Boys School at Dargamitta in Nellore. Sriramulu, district president of AP Yanadi Samakhya complains that , Venkataramana has been thrashing the students in the school even for small mistakes. ``Principal has been behaving with the children violently by removing their clothes.

Sometimes, he beats with his legs. Principal had also scolded parents in front of their children when they visited the school earlier. Students are in fear and some of them are ready to leave  the school,’’ explained Sriramulu to the police.
