Swachh Dhara launched at Undavalli in Guntur

Amaravati: Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has formally launched the Swachh Dhara programme aimed at cleaning all the water supplying tankers across the state for every six months at Undavalli in Guntur on Friday.

The state government has been using the German technology in cleaning and monitoring the water tankers. To prevent the waterborne diseases, the state government introduced this programme to clean each water tanker in the state once in six months. 

Panchayat raj minister Nara Lokesh, after carefully studying available technology across the globe, finalised this German technology and introduced Swachh Dhara programme.
