Update: 2018-09-26 17:04 IST

YSRCP’s firebrand MLA RK Roja has strongly criticized Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu over the deteriorating law and order situation in the state.

She said that how can common citizens feel reassured when an MLA with Cabinet rank and police protection is killed in broad day light. She said that women are not safe in the state. Their condition is worse, she said.

Referring to Chandrababu Naidu’s speech in the US, Roja reminded that during his earlier stint as Chief Minister, he had said that agriculture was a useless exercise. Today, the same person is singing paeons to agriculture, she said.

The Nagari MLA expressed happiness at the huge response to YS Jagan’s Padayatra and said that every section of the society wants YS Jagan to be the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh. On Tuesday, Roja accompanied YS Jagan during his padayatra in Vijayapuram mandal of Vizianagaram district. It may be recalled that YS Jagan has completed 3000 km mark in Kothavahlasa village of the district on Monday.
