Lifestyle Bodybuilding Championship organised in Vijayawada

Vijayawada: Fit Factor India conducted Regional Lifestyle Bodybuilding Championship organised by Gold’s Gym and Maxfit at Tuba Banquet here on Sunday.

The international fitness model event was organised for the first time at the upcoming capital city of Vijayawada, said Manapalli Pavan Kumar, director of Gold’s Gym.

He said that the event was organised to create awareness on fitness and health to the people of Vijayawada. 

Popular fitness organisation Body Power from UK hosted the event, Fit Factor India Regional Championship, a contest for fitness model. 

“Fit Factor is a Championship to encourage new and upcoming body builders who are judged only 50 percent on body and rest on confidence and attitude on stage. 

So it will be a good platform for beginners and new comers,” said Pavan.

He said that Gold's Gym was a popular gym at Vijayawada and Max Fitness, the leading fitness equipment store at Vijayawada, have supported and taken the initiative to bring this International fitness event at Vijayawada. 

The judges of the event are professional fitness trainers Kumar Mannava from Hyderabad, Mr Asia 2016 winner G Balakrishna from Bangalore and International Bronze medal winner Sonali Swami from Bangalore. 

As many as 30 body builders from across the country participated in the event as this was the platform to gain international fame.
