2 boats gutted

Visakhapatnam: Property worth Rs 40 lakh was reduced to ashes after two fiber boats caught fire in the wee hours of Wednesday at fishing harbor in the city. 

According to fisheries department officials, the reason for fire mishap was yet to be known. The officials said the boats destroyed in the fire were owned by Merugu Dhana Raju and Karri Sathirajulu.
