Money alone not criteria in politics: Pawan Kalyan

Jangareddygudem: Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan said that money was not really as much important in politics as is being made out. If money was the most important thing, then YSRCP chief YS Jagan would have become the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh and world’s richest Mukesh Ambani would have become the prime minister.

“It’s not the money, but the love and affection in the hearts of the people that makes one a chief minister."

Addressing a public meeting at Jangareddygudem in West Godavari, he said that he had joined politics only to bring about a change. He said he had earlier supported Chandrababu Naidu because of his seniority and experience. But, the hopes on Chandrababu have been belied, he added. He said Minister Lokesh says that 14000 km long roads have been laid in AP, but there is not a single good road in Jangareddygudem, he said.
