CM Naidu inaugurates Dixon Technologies in Tirupati
Tirupati: The Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has inaugurated Dixon Technologies India factory at Vikruthamala in Yerpedu Mandal near Tirupati on Thursday.
Later, He went around the plant that produces LED TVs, washing machines and CC TVs. The industry was established with an investment of RS.150 crores which provides employment to 900 persons in the first phase. It was located at the electronics manufacturing cluster -II near Tirupati.
On arrival, the CM was received by Minister Nara Lokesh, Collector PS Pradyumna, ZP Chairperson S Geervani, MLAs M Suguna, G Sankar, B Gopalakrishna Reddy, MP N Siva Prasad and others at airport. Minister for Transport K Atcha Naidu, Industries minister N Amarnath Reddy also were present. He will address the employees there before going to Marasa Sarovar Hotel in Tirupati where he will launch Xiaomi products.
