Rajamahendravaram: Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh (SAAP) director Yerra Venugopala Raidu has criticised Jana Sena Party (JSP) chief Pawan Kalayan, for his statement that he would prevent people from voting to Telugu Desam Party (TDP).

Speaking to reporters at Press Club here on Thursday, he wondered how can Pawan Kalyan stop voting for TDP.

“Is it through rigging or with rowdyism? Pawan Kalyan is trying to divert the attention of the people towards alliance government instead of stable government.

Pawan Kalyan who deserted his wife, brothers, Praja Rajyam Party, Fact Finding Committee will also leave JSP,” he commented.

The TDP leader termed Pawan Kalyan’s criticism as baseless allegation on government to create confusion among the people. He was not having crystal clear idea on any issue.

Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu already warned some MLAs to mend their ways in the wake of various allegations against them, he added.

How can Pawan Kalyan give bonds to evacuees of Polavaram Project, he questioned.

People were still exuding confidence on Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu and he was the hope of the state because of his vast political and administrative experience, Venugopala Raidu averred.
