Chandrababu To Recall Petition
Update: 2018-10-07 19:07 IST
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has decided not to attend the Dharmabad District Magistrate Court in person on October 15. He will depute advocate to file recall petition.
The court issued non-bailable arrest warrant against Chandrababu Naidu and other fifteen leaders in a case related to protest in Maharashtra by TDP against the construction of Babli project in 2010.
The court already took serious note of Naidu's absence last month. If the court does not accept the recall petition and again orders Naidu to appear before it personally, Naidu will move the High Court.
