Lightning kills 1 in Nellore 

Nellore: One person died and two others were severely injured when lightning hit them in different incidents in western part of the district on Sunday. P Srinivasulu from Old Bitragunta village was tending ducks at Permana in Sangam mandal when the lightning struck him.

He died on the spot.  In another incident, Kondareddy, a farmer from Boyala Sirivella was injured when lightning hit him. In a similar incident, a woman was injured in Mopu Vellampalli village in Venkatagiri mandal.
