WhatsApp groups help Titli victims

Kurupam (Vizianagaram): WhatsApp groups which are notorious for sharing jokes and memes have changed their mindset after the Titli cyclone. The different WhatsApp groups from in and around the agency areas especially near Jarada village have started to post about the devastation caused by the Titli cyclone in the Jarda village.

They are even collecting funds for tribes of Jamparakota, Vadakoyyi, Kodudum who are badly hit by the cyclone and lost their homes and livelihood.  

They are given shelter in schools as the schools were given Dasara holidays. Apart from  funds, they collected grains, rotis, potatoes, tomatoes, rice, oil, milk, candles, matchboxes and vegetables. The villages felt happy for this and expressed their gratitude.
