Gaiety, devotion mark Sathya Sai Avatar Prakatan rally
Visakhapatnam: The city of Visakhapatnam echoed with the spiritual and festive fragrance as hundreds of students, gurus, teachers and staff of Sri Sathya Sai Vidya Vihar, devotees, several senior office bearers, men, women and youth chanting vedam, singing sarvamata (all religion) bhajans at the Avatara Prakatana rally in various parts of the city organized by several samithis under the aegis of Sri Sathya Sai Seva organisation, Vizag district, here on Saturday.
Children displayed placards displaying Human values and Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai’s quotes like “Help Ever - Hurt Never”, “Love All-Serve All”.
Devotees sang sarvamata bhajans in the rally for universal peace and harmony.
VR Nageswara Rao, District president, Sri Sathya Sai Seva organisation, Visakhapatnam District, PRSN Naidu, convener launched the rally with the traditional breaking of coconut at Sri Polamamba temple.
A Kausalya, principal of the school, conveners of various bhajana mandalis under city seva samithi participated in the rally.
The Procession was inaugurated at Polamamba temple and passed through Lawson’s Bay, Peda Waltair, Ushodaya junction, MVP Colony and finally reached Sri Sathya Sai Prema Sadan Mandir at Sector-8, M.V.P.Colony, Visakhapatnam.
