Cracker shops allotment by draw of lots

Vijayawada: The Vijayawada Municipal Corporation would allocate Diwali cracker shops to interested applicants through lottery system. 

Applications are invited from interested applications to have cracker shop to sell crackers for the upcoming Diwali festival at Swaraj Maidam (PWD Grounds) and Gymkhana Grounds under the VMC limits from November 1 to 8 for eight days.

Interested applicants can obtain application forms at VMC circle -2, estate division officer, Satyanarayanapuram from October 24 to 26 from 11 am to 5 pm. 

The applications will be received at the same office till October 27. On the same day, in the presence of all the applicants shops will be allocated to the beneficiaries through lottery system.
