Fool-proof steps for Vaikuntha Ekadasi too: EO Anil Kumar Singhal,

Tirupati: Congratulating the TTD staff for making the success of twin Brahmotsavams, EO Anil Kumar Singhal instructed all the Heads of Departments to gear up with same spirit for yet another mega religious event Vaikuntha Ekadasi which falls on December 18.

During the review meeting at the TTD Administrative Building here on Wednesday, the EO directed the Engineering wing to make necessary arrangements of setting up queue lines near Alwar Tank and constructing sheds in Narayanagiri Gardens.

He also instructed them to come out with an action plan to streamline the queue line at Vendi Vakili in Srivari temple to provide darshan with more ease and comfort to pilgrims. The SE (Electrical) was also instructed to take remedial measures to prevent fire mishaps at Boondi Potu. The need for separate accommodation for potu workers was also discussed during the meeting.

Appreciating the various art forms performed during twin Brahmotsavams, the EO said that the CDs of the dance performances should be recorded and made available with the SVBC. Anil Kumar has instructed the concerned to go for alternative source measures in the facilities that are being provided to pilgrims, if technical issues arises in software.

He directed for the auditing of CCTV cameras and rain coats which were purchased during the Brahmotsavams for security purpose. Later, he also reviewed on the progress of works in Kanyakumari and Hyderabad temples, parking facility in Sri Govinda Raja Swamy temple and development works at Sri Kodanda Rama Swamy temple in Vontimitta.

The EO directed the Sapthagiri chief to ensure that the magazines reach the subscribers on time. Telecast the mode of booking and other details in SVBC for better knowledge of global pilgrims,” he added.

EO, JEOs felicitated
The senior officers of the TTD have felicitated TTD EO Anil Kumar Singhal, JEOs KS Srinivasa Raju and P Bhaskar for the successful conduct of twin Brahmotsavams.

They thanked the top brass authorities for guiding the employees to work as a team in the right direction with their continuous monitoring and conducting the mega religious events in a smooth manner. The EO also wished the officials to continue to work with the same team spirit in future too.
