Centre misusing ESL Narasimhan’s office to destabilise AP govt: Somireddy

Amaravati: Agriculture Minister Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy wondered why Governor ESL Narasimhan showed over enthusiasm with regard to the attack on YSRCP president YS Jaganmohan Reddy by the supporter of his own party.

The Minister had suspected that the BJP and YSRCP had hatched a political conspiracy with regard to the attack on Jagan. He alleged that the Governor had interfered on the issue as part of the conspiracy, the Minister said while addressing a press conference at Undavalli on Friday.He said the Governor had interfered on the law and order issue violating the Constitutional norms.

He further added that the NDA government was misusing the Governor’s office to destabilise AP government. He alleged that the YSRCP leaders themselves had planned the attack through their party follower and started blaming TDP. He said that the TDP government will not allow such dirty politics.  

He pointed out that the State government provided adequate security for Jagan and even during his entire Padayatra, there was no security problem. He said that taking security from Telangana government was another political stunt being played by the YSRCP, BJP and TRS combine.  He also wondered why the Central government was continuing ESL Narasimhan as Governor for more than 12 years.
