Interactive session on career opportunities held

Visakhapatnam: Concentrix Deputy General Manager Shivani Sharma has stressed on the importance of feedback, goal setting (short-term and long-term goals), retrospection, introspection, perception and the needs of mentor.

Department of Commerce and Management Studies of Andhra University organised an interactive session with Shivani on Friday. The session held on the different career opportunities available in the corporate sector and what do the recruiters expectation from the fellow students.

Addressing the students, Shivani explained about the behavioral requirements of the society and the importance of networking, workforce management, excelling in skills and operations.

The session has brought an influence on the commerce and management students. Head of the Department Prof G Satyanatayana and Chairman, Board of Studies Prof Sudharshana Rao and others were present.
