Paritala Sunitha thanks Chandrababu Naidu for naming Perur dam after Paritala Ravindra

Raptadu (Anantapur): Women and Child Welfare Minister Paritala Sunitha has thanked Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu for naming the Perur irrigation project after the late Paritala Ravindra, her husband, and also for sanctioning Rs 800 crore for the project.

Speaking at a constituency-level coordination committee meeting here, Sunitha also conveyed her thanks to the Chief Minister for sanctioning Rs 10 crore for laying a BT Road from JNTU Engineering College to Raptadu village and for construction of mosques and churches in her constituency.

She also called upon party leaders to enrol new voters, who completed 18 years of age. She also asked party leaders to enrol new members int the party and also appoint booth committees and coordinators and conveners.

The Minister asked party leaders to take steps for eradicating groupism in villages. Sunitha said that Chandrababu has also released Rs 1,930 crore for 86 lakh DWCRA women under the Chandranna Pasupu Kumkuma scheme in which each beneficiary would get Rs 2,000 each.
