Vijayawada: The two-day workshop on Opportunities for Professional Women concluded at Efftronics here on Sunday. The programme was addressed by Atreyi Chowdary, Partner and Head Strategy Numuro Research Institute, Delhi.

She emphasised the need for women to update latest technology to be successful in professional life in the current fourth industrial revolution.

Raja Kumari, DCP- Crime made an interesting connect between five components of emotional intelligence with life for professional excellence.

Chandini Chandana, Co-founder and COO of Avera Energy Electric Vehicles, a young entrepreneur was an instant hit with young women with her narration of her dream and how she realised it.

Tanmayi Vepakomma, Director (Training and Development) of Morgan and Stanley spoke on work- life balance. She stressed on importance of prioritisation in life, as priorities do change in different stages of life.

A Prashanthi, Director, Vijaya Hospital explained about the preventive health measures to be taken by lady entrepreneurs.

S Bhavani Shankar, executive manager of Efftronics, explained about goal setting and continuous steps to be initiated to achieve those goals.

Dr G Srilakshmi, Dr SVN Lalitha Lalitha addressed and other participants on building cradles of leadership at university level and distributed the certificates to the participants.
