People’s involvement must for graft-free India: ONGC Executive
Rajamahendravaram: Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) Rajamahendravaram Asset Executive Director DMR Sekhar said that corruption-free India is possible with the committed involvement of every citizen in the country.
Inaugurating vigilance awareness week at the base complex here on Monday, he said this year the theme of the week is 'eradicate corruption-build a new India'.
Building a new India is possible when all citizens fight against corruption. ONGC is having robust systems to combat corruption in its business transactions and it is a pioneer in harnessing advanced technologies and innovations to prevent irregularities.
The ONGC took initiatives to educate different stakeholders on ill effects of corruption on governance and on the lives of people,’’ he said. Earlier, he administered integrity pledge with the employees. ONGC officials PK Pandey, S Ratnam and others were present.
