Cycle rally by postal staff organised in Vijayawada

Vijayawada: A cycle rally was conducted under the leadership of K Balasubramanian, Chief Postmaster General, AP Circle, Vijayawada from Buckinghumpet Head Post Office to Chuttugunta Circle and vice-versa here on Tuesday.

As part of the Vigilance Awareness Week from October 29 to November 3, the Andhra Pradesh Postal Circle was conducting various programmes throughout the state with a theme to ‘Eradicate Corruption - Build a New India’.

Speaking on the occasion, Balasubramanian said that every employee should work with integrity, transparency and devotion to duty. He further said that all the postal employees should contribute their services for the progress of the country.

I Dileep Rao, Senior Superintendant of Post offices, Vijayawada, KVLN Murty, Assistant Postmaster General, Assistant Directors K Ramesh and Syed Ansar of Chief Postmaster General, AP Circle, Vijayawada and postal staff participated in this programme.
